Smyrna, TN will be the recipient of a new Starbucks location. It will be located just off I-24’s Almaville rd. exit at 1714 Lee Victory, just in front of Publix. The new Starbucks location on Almaville road is expected to take some traffic away from the Sam Ridley location and create a more pleasant, faster experience for Smyrna residents that are wanting a cup of coffee on their morning commute.
However, Starbucks isn’t the only thing coming to the Almaville rd corridor in Smyrna. Many new business were built, and there were many land acquisitions in this area throughout 2016. Trey Lewis, Ole South’s Vice-President of Sales, says they have began construction on a 100+ home community, “Preserve at Stewart’s Creek”, just minutes from the new Starbucks location. Home prices in many of the area’s established neighborhoods such as Lenox of Smyrna have skyrocketed in value as a result of the growth.
With Nashville and Williamson county’s home prices becoming unattainable for many people, Smyrna has become more and more desirable for many people looking to be close to Nashville. It has a plethora of restaurants and shopping, a number of beautiful parks, 25 minutes away from Nashville, and greatschools.org ranks many of the Smyrna schools extremely high. Home buyers are clamoring to purchase a home in Smyrna but inventory is scarce. Johnny Grant, The Forward Movement at RE/MAX Elite’s founder says that “his team of experienced agents hopes to continue to help Smyrna residents continue to purchase homes and sell their homes in the most stress free manor possible.”
As the Almaville Rd. corridor develops more and more of it’s own identity, residents in the area thrilled to have a Starbucks in their own backyard. The hope is that growth will continue and that home values will continue to rise all throughout Smyrna, Tennessee.
